Companion Animal Behaviour Counselling and Therapy
How do I know
what to do?
To list everthing I've done with animals would
take too long, but I have 14 years plus experience
as a pet behaviour specialist.
I have also worked
with NH racehorses, greyhound walking, rescue/kennel
work, managing the private menagerie and guard
dogs at a country estate, and looking after
parrots at a wildlife centre.
Honours Degree in Psychology (University of
Postgraduate Diploma in Companion Animal Behaviour
Counselling (University of Southampton).
I am a Full member (Dog Training Professional) of the Pet Professional Guild (PPG), which testifies to my
committment to using force-free methods. I am a provisional member of the
Association of Pet Behaviour Counsellors (APBC)
, which means I have gained the
relevant academic quaifications, and am currently gaining the practical experience
necessary for Full membership.
I work hard to keep up to the minute with the
latest research, and regularly attend seminars and conferences.
